Find help & resources
Whether you are looking for accessible resources, want to take part in a program, or need to reach a person — here is where to start.
Accessibility programs & resources
Our community program offers accessible resources and inclusive initiatives. You can explore what's available at octopuscommunity.org, or contact us and we will point you in the right direction. If you need something in a particular format, just ask.
Request accessibility support
If you need information in an alternative format, or you have hit an accessibility barrier with anything we run, please tell us. We treat accessibility requests as a priority and will work with you to make things right.
If you are in crisis
Octopus Future is not an emergency or crisis service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services. In Australia, Lifeline (13 11 14) offers 24-hour crisis support, and the National Disability Abuse and Neglect Hotline (1800 880 052) can help with disability-related concerns.
Reach a person
For anything else, the fastest way to reach us is by email via our contact page. We aim to respond within a few business days, and we welcome accessibility feedback about this website itself.
