We've applied to the ACNC for charity registration
Octopus Future has submitted its application to the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) for registration as a charity. That registration is now in progress.
Octopus Future Limited has submitted its application to the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) for registration as a charity. The application sets out our charitable purpose, activities, beneficiaries and governance.
We are not yet an ACNC-registered charity — the registration is in progress — and we do not hold Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) endorsement, so gifts are not tax-deductible at this time. We are not yet soliciting public donations.
We will update our site as our charity and tax status is confirmed.
